Warranty

As all our products are custom made to your order we do not provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase so we ask that you choose carefully.

If goods are proven faulty, we will arrange to rectify the fault free of charge under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Components and Manufacture comes with a 5 year warranty*

Roller Blind fabrics and Roman Blind fabrics are covered by the fabric suppliers warranty.

* Please note Honeycomb Blind and Venetian Blind cords are covered by limited warranty, these components will wear with regular use. We recommend not locking blinds off in the same place regularly as the mechanism for locking will wear cord over a period of time. As such we cannot place a life expectancy on a cord. Not recommended over high use doors.
